Description

Bei dem Bauvorhaben handelt es sich um die Außenanlagen zum Neubau eines Erweiterungsgebäudes für die Grundschule Philipp Weiß in Fürstenfeldbruck. Das Gebäude besitzt Abmessungen von ca. 76 x 16 m und erstreckt sich über 3 Geschosse. Auf dem obersten Dach (über 2. OG) befindet sich eine durchs Vorgewerk errichtete PV-Anlage mit extensiver Dachbegrünung. Dachgarten im 2. OG mit Spielflächen und Intensivbegrünung: Auf der ca. 820 m2 großen Dachfläche des 2. Obergeschosses werden Terrassenflächen, Spielbereichen, Fallschutzbelägen, intensive Pflanz- und Rasenflächen sowie Hybridrasenflächen gebaut. Zur Ausstattung zählen Spielgeräte, Sonnenschirme, Sitzmöbel, ein Hochbeet sowie erhöhte Pflanzringe mit Sträuchern. Eine vollautomatische Bewässerungsanlage für die Vegetationsflächen wird integriert. Erdgeschossebene mit Anschlussbereichen an öffentliche Verkehrsflächen und den Pausenhof: Im Zuge der Neugestaltung des Schulumfeldes mit angrenzenden öffentlichen Bereichen wird die Erneuerung der Asphaltzufahrt vorgenommen und neu geregelt, eine Sicherheits-Poller-Anlage installiert, Stellplätze mit Rasenfugenpflaster, Gehwegflächen und ein Vorplatz mit Sickerpflaster gebaut. Zur Oberflächenentwässerung dieser Bereiche werden eine Sickermulde, eine Rigole sowie Muldenrinnen ausgeführt. Am Volksfestplatz wird ein öffentlicher Trinkwasserbrunnen installiert und Entsiegelungsarbeiten vorgenommen. Das Schulgelände im Anschluss an den bestehenden Schulhof wird mit Betonsickerpflasterflächen und einer Einfriedung mit bepflanzten Zäunen entlang der West- und Nordgrenze erweitert. Drei kleine Spielgeräte und ein Außenflur mit vorgelagerter Sitzkante aus Betonfertigteilen werden den Neubau entlang einer Längsseite vorgelagert. Weiterhin wird im Bestand des Pausenhofs eine Kürzung der Laufbahn und Kabelarbeiten mit anschließender Wiederherstellung der betroffenen Beläge vorgenommen. Auf dem Schulgelände werden zwei Abstellanlagen aus Fahrradbügeln und Tretrollerständern errichtet. Als Grünflächen werden Wiesen- und Rasenflächen, Stauden- und Bodendecker Flächen sowie Heckenpflanzungen erstellt. Zudem werden 11 Bäume gepflanzt. Wesentliche Leistungen sind: Freianlagen EG Ebene mit Flächen am Volksfestplatz: Trinkwasserbrunnen, Entsiegelungsarbeiten Asphaltzufahrt ca. 230 m2 Pflasterbelag Beton, Sickerfugen: ca. 280 m2 Pflasterbelag Beton, begrünt (begehbar/befahrbar) ca. 300 m2 Plattenbelag Beton (begehbar/befahrbar): ca. 270 m2 Sickermulde: ca. 25 m3 Rigole: ca. 48 m3 Muldenrinnen: ca. 100 m Fahrradbügel: 34 Stk Tretrollerständer: 190 Stk Zaun: ca. 15 lfm Sitzkante aus Betonfertigteilen: ca. 76 lfm Wiesenfläche, (leichte Böschung): ca. 210 m2 Rasenflächen: ca. 280 m2 Pflanzflächen Bodendecker: ca. 185 m2 Heckenpflanzung: ca. 15 lfm Baum Neupflanzungen: 11 Stk Freianlagen Dachterrasse/Dachgarten mit Spielflächen, 2. OG: Bewässerungsanlage Spielgeräte und Ausstattungsgegenstände EPDM-Fallschutz: ca. 100 m2 EPDM-Wegeflächen: ca. 170 m2 Betonplattenbeläge: ca. 190 m2 Pflanzfläche Bodendecker/Gräser/Stauden: 60 m2 Rasenfläche und Hybridrasenfläche ca. 300 m2
