Description

Beschaffung eines Systems zur Transkriptomanalyse und RNA-Sequenzierung auf Einzelzellebene. Für den Einsatz in Forschungsprojekten wird ein System benötigt, welches die Darstellung des gesamten Transkriptoms ermöglicht sowie einen hohen Durchsatz an Proben und die Untersuchung einer möglichst großen Gewebefläche von bis zu 4x 5 cm2 pro Messlauf erlaubt.
