Das Universitätsklinikum Brandenburg an der Havel GmbH strebt ein modernes Point-of-Care (POC)-Konzept für die Analytik von Blutgasen inklusive Elektrolyten und Metaboliten und Glucose mit einer hohen Ausfallsicherheit, einem hohem Automatisierungsgrad und geringer Personalbindung an. Das Institut für Laboratoriumsmedizin am Universitätsklinikum Brandenburg betreibt Labordiagnostik für Krankenhäuser, niedergelassene Ärzte und andere Einsender an aktuell einem Standort in Brandenburg an der Havel. Das Labor arbeitet 24 Stunden am Tag an 365 Tagen im Jahr und ist nach DIN ISO 15189 akkreditiert. Neben der weitgehend automatisierten Diagnostik in der klinischen Chemie und Immunoassays existieren am Standort auch weitere Diagnostikbereiche (Bakteriologie, Autoimmundiagnostik, Infektionsserologie, Immunhämatologie mit Blutdepot und molekulare Diagnostik). Zur Ausschreibung kommen die Lieferung von Lösungen, Reagenzien und Kalibratoren sowie der erforderlichen Geräte im Rahmen der POC-Analytik von Glucose, Blutgasen, Oxymetrie und Elektrolyten inkl. der Bereitstellung einer POC-Management-Software zur KIS/LIS-Anbindung und des erforderlichen Service (Instandhaltungs- und Wartungsmanagement). Zur Ausschreibung kommt weiterhin eine POC-Management-Software zur Anbindung der Geräte an das bestehende Laborinformationssystem, die gleichzeitig die Möglichkeit bietet, andere POC-Gerätehersteller mit anzubinden. Das POC-Gerätesystem muss so konzipiert sein, dass an 365 Tage im Jahr und 24 Stunden am Tag die Analytik durch die Anwender und unser Labor sichergestellt werden kann. Gefordert ist ein einheitlicher Befundpreis (Festbetrag) je Blutgasanalyse(BGA)-Befund für alle Gerätetypen inkl. 3 QK pro Tag und Gerät. Auf der Basis der Analysenzahlen (Preisblatt) pro Jahr wird als Ergebnis der Ausschreibung ein Preis pro Patientenbefund erwartet mit jährlicher Angleichung an die aktuell erbrachte Befundzahl.
