Beschaffung eines neuen Patienten-Infotainment-Systems inklusive Geräten, Halterungen, Softwareintegration, Supportleistungen und Implementierung im laufenden Betrieb Das Universitätsklinikum Brandenburg an der Havel befindet sich in einem umfassenden Modernisierungsprozess, der auf die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Patientenversorgung, der Servicequalität sowie der digitalen Infrastruktur abzielt. In diesem Zusammenhang plant das Klinikum die Einführung und den Austausch eines neuen Patienten-Infotainment-Systems, welches in verschiedenen Bereichen des Hauses zum Einsatz kommen sollen. Patiententerminals stellen einen zentralen Baustein für eine zeitgemäße, patientenorientierte Versorgung dar. Sie ermöglichen unter anderem den Zugriff auf Informationen rund um den Krankenhausaufenthalt, bieten Kommunikations- und Entertainmentfunktionen und unterstützen medizinische sowie organisatorische Abläufe. Ziel der geplanten Beschaffung ist es, moderne, ergonomische und technisch zuverlässige Lösungen zu implementieren, die den Anforderungen eines Universitätsklinikums gerecht werden und zugleich eine hohe Benutzerfreundlichkeit für Patientinnen, Patienten und Mitarbeitende gewährleisten.
