Description

Prozessroute disruptive Werkzeuge Vergabe Röntgen-CT mit in-situ Zug-Druck-Stage und Temperierung Die Forschungsgemeinschaft Werkzeuge und Werkstoffe FGW e. V. ist eine Forschungsvereinigung mit Forschungseinrichtung der Zuse-Gemeinschaft. Es werden Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekte auf den Gebieten Werkzeuge, Werkstoffe, Additive Fertigung und industrielle KI-Anwendung durchgeführt. Die zu beschaffenden Geräte bilden eine Prozesskette zur Präparation von Proben für in-situ-EBSD-Analysen in einem FIB-SEM. Ausgangspunkt werden Bauteile sein, in denen mittels Mikro-CT Defekte oder andere points of interest identifiziert wurden und Proben, die für eine weitere Analyse im FIB-SEM in Kombination mit in-situ-EBSD gezielt herauspräpariert werden sollen. Die Prozesskette soll aus einem System zur Zielpräparation, einem System zum Ionenstrahl-Polieren und einem Beschichtungssystem bestehen. Mit der Prozesskette sollen hauptsächlich Metalle, Kunststoffe, Metall-Kunststoff-Verbunde, beschichte Bauteile, Keramiken und Gläser präpariert werden. Die finalen Oberflächen am Ende der gesamten Prozesskette müssen in-situ EBSD-Analysen ermöglichen aber nicht ausschließlich. Im Falle von Metall-Kunststoff-Verbunden soll die Grenzfläche der verschiedenen Komponenten grenzflächenscharf dargestellt werden, um in folgenden in-situ Analysen den Versagensmechanismus an der Grenzfläche ableiten zu können.
