Lieferung und Inbetriebnahme eines flexibel einsetzbaren Drahtbondautomaten bzw. -halbautomaten als ein Tischgerät ausgeführt, der eine präzise, moderne und langfristig zukunftssichere Elektronikfertigung gewährleistet und damit Forschung, Lehre sowie studentische Projekte nachhaltig unterstützt. Die Anschaffung eines neuen Drahtbondautomaten bzw. -halbautomaten dient der nachhaltigen Stärkung von Forschung, Lehre und studentischen Entwicklungsprojekten im Bereich der Elektronik- und Mikrosystemfertigung. Das System soll eine, dem Stand der Technik entsprechende, präzise und effiziente Herstellung von drahtgebundenen Verbindungen ermöglichen und damit sowohl wissenschaftliche Arbeiten als auch praxisorientierte Ausbildungsinhalte maßgeblich unterstützen. Besonderer Wert wird auf eine hohe Flexibilität gelegt, um ein breites Spektrum aktueller und zukünftiger Anforderungen abzudecken - von der Prototypenfertigung über Kleinserien bis hin zu experimentellen Forschungsaufbauten. Die Maschine soll modular erweiterbar und mit verschiedenen Bondverfahren, Draht- und Halbleitermaterialien, Gehäuse- und Substrattypen sowie unterschiedlichen Substrat-geometrien kompatibel sein. Durch die Integration des Systems in den Lehr- und Forschungsbetrieb erhalten Studierende einen praxisnahen Zugang zu modernen Aufbau- und Verbindungstechnologien, während Forschungsgruppen von einer zuverlässigen, reproduzierbaren und leistungsfähigen Bondumgebung profitieren. Die Investition schafft somit langfristig eine robuste Infrastruktur für innovative Projekte und die Ausbildung zukünftiger Fachkräfte im Bereich der Elektronikfertigung.
