Der Leistungsumfang umfasst die Ausführung aller Lieferungen und Leistungen, einschließlich Koordination, Fertigung, Bau, Montage, Inbetriebnahme und Prüfung, für die betriebsbereite, funktionsfähige und abnahmefähige Einführung einer Automatisierungslösung für die Bereiche Klinische Chemie, Immunchemie, Hämatologie, Hämostaseologie und Urindiagnostik für das Universitätsklinikum Halle (Saale) einschließlich Lieferung der erforderlichen Reagenzien, Kontrollen, Kalibratoren und sonstigen Verbrauchsmaterialien über eine Vertragslaufzeit von 72 Monaten mit dreimaliger Verlängerungsoption um jeweils 12 Monate. Für die Abteilung II des DLM (ehemals Zentrallabor) des Universitätsklinikums Halle (Saale) soll eine Vollautomation für die Bereiche Klinische Chemie, Immunchemie, Hämatologie, Hämostaseologie und Urindiagnostik inkl. Prä- und Postanalytik angeboten werden. In diesen Bereichen werden ca. 3,5 Mio. Analysen pro Jahr durchgeführt. Die Generalunternehmerschaft beinhaltet auch die Garantie der jederzeitigen Betriebsbereitschaft der Geräte und die Durchführung von Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen. Den Bietern soll die Möglichkeit gegeben werden, verschiedene Konzepte u.a. Personalbedarfskonzept, Geräte- und Workflow-Konzept, Durchführungskonzept, Schulungskonzept, Wartungs- und Servicekonzept zu erarbeiten und eingehend darzulegen, wie die entsprechenden Leistungen erbracht werden können. Die Vergütung erfolgt auf Grundlage der Anzahl der berichteten Analysenergebnisse (reported results),wobei die einzelnen Komponenten des angebotenen Befundpreises (Reagenzien und zugehöriges Verbrauchsmaterial, Kontrollen und Kalibrationen, Wartung und Instandhaltung sowie Geräte/Investiv-Anteil)getrennt und detailliert darzustellen sind. Weitere Leistungen des Bieters sind: • Optimierung des Proben- und Datenverkehrs mit bidirektionaler Anbindung an das vorhandene Laborinformationssystem • Optimierung des Personaleinsatzes • Sicherstellung konstanter technischer Durchlaufzeiten (TAT) für die Routinediagnostik sowie möglichst kurze TATs • Möglichkeit einer flexiblen Anpassung des Geräte- und Analysenspektrums bei zukünftigen Veränderungen des Mindestanforderungsspektrums oder -volumens inkl. Sicherstellung einer ausreichenden Kapazitätsreserve (mindestens ca. 30 % auf Basis der aktuellen Analysenzahlen) • Maximale Kostentransparenz durch vereinbarte Preise pro Befund (reported results).
