Description

Die Kreiskrankenhaus Greiz-Ronneburg GmbH plant die Neustrukturierung der labordiagnostischen Krankenversorgung. Ziel der angestrebten Neuorganisation ist einerseits Versorgungssicherheit auf hohem medizinischem und fachlichem Niveau sowie andererseits eine Kooperation, die den wirtschaftlichen und organisatorischen Bedürfnissen der Kreiskrankenhaus Greiz-Ronneburg GmbH Rechnung trägt. Die Beschaffung der Labormanagementleistungen umfasst die gesamte interne und externe Labordiagnostik. Das beinhaltet laborfachärztliche Vorort-Präsenz und Beratungen, die ärztliche Leitung des Immunhämatologie-Labors, die Stellung von Geräten und Reagenzien für die Inhouse-Diagnostik, die stationäre Blutgasdiagnostik sowie die Übernahme der externen Laborleistungen (Fremdvergaben) mit den entsprechenden Services. Dabei möchte sich der Auftraggeber in Bezug auf die Ist-Situation nicht verschlechtern und effiziente sowie kostengünstige Strukturen bei hoher Qualität der labordiagnostischen Krankenversorgung umzusetzen. Die Einzelheiten sind der Liste der Mindestanforderungen (Anlage 1) zu den Vergabeunterlagen zu entnehmen.
