Gegenstand des Rahmenvertrages der Niederlassung Südbayern ist die Durchführung von Kontrollprüfungen und Labordienstleistungen gemäß den Vorgaben innerhalb der Leistungsbeschreibung. Die Leistungen werden folgende Leistungsbereiche eingeteilt: LB 00: Personal- und Nebenkosten LB 01: Böden einschließlich Bodenbehandlungen nach ZTV E-StB LB 02: Bitumenuntersuchungen nach TL Bitumen-StB und Untersuchungen an Bitumenemulsionen nach TL BE-StB LB 03: Fahrbahndecken aus Beton, Betontragschichten nach ZTV Beton-StB LB 04: Asphaltbauweisen nach ZTV Asphalt-StB LB 05: Tragschichten mit hydraulischen Bindemitteln nach ZTV Beton-StB LB 06: Schichten ohne Bindemittel sowie Baustoffgemische nach ZTV SoB-StB LB 07, Abschnitt 07.01.: Ebenheitsmessungen auf Fahrbahnoberflächen in Längs- und Querrichtung gemäß TP Eben - Berührende Messungen LB 07, Abschnitt 07.02.: Ebenheitsmessungen auf Fahrbahnoberflächen in Längs- und Querrichtung gemäß TP Eben - Berührungslose Messungen LB 07, Abschnitt 07.03.: Griffigkeitsmessungen gemäß TP Griff-StB (SKM) LB 07, Abschnitt 07.04.: Griffigkeitsmessungen gemäß TP Griff-StB (SRT) LB 07, Abschnitt 07.05.: Texturmessungen LB 08, Abschnitt 08.01 - 08.09. und 08.11.: Umweltanalytik LB 08, Abschnitt 08.10.: Grundwasseruntersuchung LB 09: Voruntersuchungen an Asphalt, Beton, Schichten ohne Bindemittel und konstr. Ingenieurbau LB 10: Konstruktiver Ingenieurbau LB 11: Fahrbahnmarkierung nach ZTV M 13 LB 12: Fugenfüllstoffe (Vergussmassen) - Fugen in Verkehrsflächen nach ZTV Fug-StB Es ist beabsichtigt, die in der Leistungsbeschreibung beschriebene Leistung im Wege eines Open-House Verfahrens zu vergeben. Um der Vielfalt der potenziellen Vertragspartner im Rahmen des Zulassungsmodells gerecht zu werden, wird jedem Unternehmen, dass die Zulassungsvoraussetzungen (falls erforderlich) erfüllt, während der gesamten Vertragslaufzeit der Beitritt zum Rahmenvertrag zu den gleichen Bedingungen ermöglicht.
