Description

Die auszuführenden Bauleistungen sind Nassbaggerarbeiten zur Erhaltung und Wiederherstellung der erforderlichen Solltiefen und -breiten in der Fahrrinne und im Fahrwasser der Unter- und Außenelbe. Die Gesamtleistung umfasst die Baggerung, den Transport und die Umlagerung von 33 Mio. m³ Bodenvolumen innerhalb einer 24 monatigen Vertragsdauer. Vertragsbeginn ist der 01.05.2023. Der Vertrag endet am 30.04.2025. Es ist beabsichtigt gemäß §3a EU (3) Nr. 5 VOB/A-EU, Ausgabe 2019 folgende Leistungen zusätzlich im Verhandlungsverfahren zu vergeben: A] Wiederholungsauftrag für 12 Monate (14,5 Mio. m³ Bodenvolumen zzgl. je einer Kampagnenbaggerung von 1 Mio. m³ und 1,5 Mio. m³) B] Wiederholungsauftrag für 12 Monate (14,5 Mio. m³ zzgl. je einer Kampagnenbaggerung von 1 Mio. m³ und 1,5 Mio. m³) C] Einsatz eines weiteren Laderaumsaugbaggers (12 Mio. m³ /a im Grund- und den Wiederholungsaufträgen) D] Einsatz eines weiteren Laderaumsaugbaggers (4 Mio. m³ /a im Grund- und den Wiederholungsaufträgen) Die Nassbaggerarbeiten (14,5 Mio. m³/a Bodenvolumen) sind mit maximal zwei Baggergeräten auszuführen. Der mittlere kalkulierte Förderweg für den Transport 14,5 Mio. m³/a beträgt rund 27 km. Es können Laderaumsaugbagger oder Saugbagger mit Schuten zum Einsatz gebracht werden. Im Vertragszeitraum ist zudem ein weiteres Baggergerät für drei Kampagnenbaggerungen zum Einsatz zu bringen: 1. Kampagne 1,5 Mio. m³ im Zeitraum vom 27.02.-14.04.2024 500Tm³ Homogenbereich Schlick, über einen Förderweg von 82,5-85,0 Km 300Tm³ Homogenbereich Schlick, über einen Förderweg von 87,5-90,0 Km 700Tm³ Homogenbereich Schlick, über einen Förderweg von 95,0-97,5 Km 2. Kampagne 1 Mio. m³ im Zeitraum vom 01.07.-30.07.2024 300Tm³ Homogenbereich Schlick, über einen Förderweg von 35,0-37,5 Km 200Tm³ Homogenbereich Schlick, über einen Förderweg von 40,0-42,5 Km 500Tm³ Homogenbereich Schlick, über einen Förderweg von 45,0-47,5 Km 3.
