Description

Dem LZN obliegt die Beschaffung von Waren und Dienstleistungen für die unmittelbare niedersäch-sische Landesverwaltung (vgl. § 2 der Betriebsanweisung des LZN). Mit Zustimmung seiner Auf-sichtsbehörde kann das LZN weitere Aufgaben für öffentlich-rechtliche Bedarfsträger innerhalb und außerhalb der niedersächsischen Landesverwaltung sowie für privatrechtliche Gesellschaften in vollständiger Eigentümerschaft der öffentlichen Hand übernehmen (vgl. § 3 Betriebsanweisung). In dieser Zuständigkeit umfasst der Auftrag den Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem Unternehmen (§ 21 VgV) über die Lieferung von ballistischen Unterziehschutzwesten inkl. modulare Außentragehülle (mATH) für die Polizei Thüringen. Eine Teilvergabe von Einzelbestandteilen des BUZSW-Sets erfolgt nicht. Angebote für einzelne Komponenten des BUZSW-Sets werden nicht gewertet. Nähere Einzelheiten zu Art und Umfang des Auftrags sind den technischen Lieferbedingungen und dem Angebotsvordruck zu entnehmen.
