Das Logistikzentrum der Bayerischen Polizei (LZBP) beabsichtigt, auf der Basis der gegenständlichen Vergabeunterlagen eine Rahmenvereinbarung über die Lieferung von Kopierpapier für alle Verbände der Bayerischen Polizei (Polizeipräsidien mit jeweils nachgeordneten Dienststellen und Sonderverbände der Bayerischen Polizei) sowie das Bayerische Landesamt für Verfassungsschutz abzuschließen. Der zu vergebende Auftrag ist in drei Lose aufgeteilt. Die Rahmenvereinbarung beginnt frühestens ab 01.03.2027 und hat eine Laufzeit von 1 Jahr mit einmaliger Verlängerungsoption um 1 weiteres Jahr (maximal mögliche Vertragslaufzeit: 28.02.2029 ). Dienststellen mit Kopierpapier: Die Gebiete der Regierungsbezirke Oberbayern (außer Landeshauptstadt und Landkreis München), Schwaben, Niederbayern und Oberpfalz mit den darin liegenden Polizeipräsidien Niederbayern, Oberbayern Nord und Süd, Oberpfalz, Schwaben Nord und Süd sowie die dortigen Dienststellen der Bayerischen Bereitschaftspolizei in Eichstätt, Königsbrunn, Dachau, Sulzbach-Rosenberg, Nabburg, Erding und Ainring.; Dieses Los beinhaltet die Belieferung folgender Verbände bzw. Dienststellen mit Kopierpapier: Die Landeshauptstadt München und der Landkreis München mit dem Bayerischen Landeskriminalamt, dem Polizeipräsidium München sowie den dortigen Dienststellen der Bayerischen Bereitschaftspolizei in München sowie dem Landesamt für Verfassungsschutz.; Dieses Los beinhaltet die Belieferung folgender Verbände bzw. Dienststellen mit Kopierpapier: Die Gebiete der Regierungsbezirke Ober-, Mittel- und Unterfranken mit den Präsidien Ober-, Mittel- und Unterfranken, sowie die dortigen Dienststellen der Bayerischen Bereitschaftspolizei in Würzburg, Nürnberg, Roth und Hof.
