S21; PA 1.7; Los 1: Leitstand und Los 2: Tunnelrettung für die Tunnel S21 - Los 1: Einrichtung, Besetzung und Betrieb einer Leitstelle Sicherheit (Leitstand) mit Feuerwehr- und Sicherheitsfachkräften. - Los 2: Gestellung Rettungswehr (Rettungseinheit gem. Stuttgarter Modell), bestehend aus Angriffs- und Sicherungstrupps für alle Tunnel der unter 1.3 beschriebenen Abschnitte. Zudem First Responder (FRP), welche im Ereignisfall als „Helfer vor Ort“ die Funktion des Ersthelfers übernehmen und ergänzend die Notfallrettung der Rettungskräfte unterstützen, sowie Lotsen, die im Ereignisfall die Abstimmung mit Feuerwehr und Rettungskräften übernehmen und bei den Evakuierungsmaßnahmen unterstützen, zu stellen.
