It is planned as a non-basement, four-storey building (ground floor, two regular floors and a technical floor) with about 1,650 m2 of usable space, comprising S2 safety level laboratory areas, associated offices and ancillary rooms, and space for building services. A ground-floor link bridge to the existing research building C76 (Life & Brain) is planned. The total contractor delivers all planning, construction and commissioning work turnkey; construction may be conventional or modular.
