Rohbauarbeiten Die Stadt Porta Westfalica beabsichtigt die Bestandsschule abzubrechen und einen neuen 3-geschossigen Grundschulkomplex mit integrierter Sporthalle neu zu errichten. Auf dem Areal befinden sich zusätzlich eine Bestandssporthalle, die erhalten bleibt, sowie eine Wärmestation, die neu errichtet wird. Die Wärmestation dient der Versorgung des neuen Schulkomplexes sowie der bestehenden Sporthalle. Die Wärmestation wird zeitgleich mit dem neuen Schulkomplex errichtet. Die Außenanlagen werden im Zuge der Baumaßnahme neu gestaltet. Vorhandene Baumbestände werden so weit wie möglich erhalten und in den neuen Außenanlagen eingebunden. Der Auftragnehmer erstellt den Rohbau des Schulgebäudes und der Wärmestation. Bestandteil der ausgeschriebenen Leistung sind unter anderem vorbereitende Erdarbeiten, Verlegung der Grundleitungen, Erstellung der Fundamente, Sohlplatten, Herstellung der Mauwerkswände, Aufstellen von Betonfertigteilwänden und die Betonagen der Decken.
