Titel: 25E0208 Landesrechnungshof Speyer - Erstellung eines Erweiterungsbaus mit Außenanlage Beschreibung: Gegenstand des vorgesehenen Auftrags (GU-Vergabe) ist die Erweiterung des Verwaltungsgebäudes des Landesrechnungshofs in Speyer, sowie die Erneuerung der dazugehörigen Außenanlage. Das bestehende, dreigeschossige Bürogebäude mit Satteldach bekommt einen modernen Anbau. Ein neuer, ebenfalls dreistöckiger Bürobau mit Flachdach wird über ein zentrales Treppenhaus mit Aufzug an den Bestand angeschlossen. Dadurch werden alle Etagen beider Gebäude barrierefrei erreichbar. Der Neubau fügt sich mit seinem begrünten Flachdach harmonisch in die Straßenzeile ein. Im Innenbereich entsteht ein grüner Hof mit Parkplätzen und Aufenthaltszonen. Die neue Zufahrt führt entlang einer bepflanzten Fassade direkt zum zentralen Parkplatz. Die straßenseitige Fassade greift die Linie des Bestands auf und erhält durch versetzte Fenster eine moderne Optik. Die Abmessungen des Gebäudes betragen: - Länge: ca. 44,00 m - Breite: ca. 13,00 - 15,00 m - Höhe: ca. 12,00 m (über Gelände) Bauweise und Komfort: Es wird auf eine massive, nachhaltige Bauweise aus Ziegeln und Kalksandstein gesetzt. Zusammen mit einer modernen Lüftungsanlage, automatischem Sonnenschutz und der Dachbegrünung sorgt diese Bauweise für ein angenehmes Raumklima - auch an heißen Sommertagen. Trotz der massiven Wände bleibt die Aufteilung der Büros im Inneren flexibel und anpassbar. Energie und Nachhaltigkeit: Auf dem Neubau und dem Bestandsdach werden Photovoltaikanlagen mit insgesamt ca. 100 kWp installiert. Ein großer Batteriespeicher im Keller nutzt diesen Strom für das Gebäude und die E-Dienstwagen. Nachhaltigkeitszertifizierung nach BNB: Das zu erstellende Gebäude ist nach Maßgabe des Bewertungssystems Nachhaltiges Bauen (BNB) gemäß dem Kriteriensteckbrief BN Neubau V2015, Nutzungsprofil Bürogebäude, geplant und wird entsprechend ausgeführt.
