Die ONTRAS Gastransport GmbH (ONTRAS) beabsichtigt die Errichtung einer Anlage zur Ein-speisung von aufbereitetem Biogas (BGEA - BioGasEinspeiseAnlage) am Standort Bützow. Die vorliegende Ausschreibung beinhaltet die Vergabe der Konstruktion, Errichtung und Inbetriebnahme von zwei redundanten Verdichtereinheiten, inklusive aller Nebenleistungen und Hilfseinrichtungen, für die BGEA Bützow. Zum Liefer- und Leistungsumfang gehören im Wesentlichen je Verdichtereinheit: ein zu errichtender Container mit dazugehöriger Infrastruktur (Gebäudeinstallationen; Gaswarn-, Brandwarn- und Objektsicherheitsanlage (Beistellung bauseits); notwendige Feuerlöscheinrichtungen; Datenanbindung; Wärmeversorgung und Klimatisierung; Beleuchtung innen und außen; Blitz- und Überspannungsschutz inkl. Erdungsanlage der Gebäude und Außenanlagen; Kennzeichnung und Beschilderung; Dokumentation); sowie der Verdichter mit Druckstufentrennung; verbindende Rohrleitungen; Anlageneingang und -ausgang; Energieversorgung, MSR-Technik, Prozessleittechnik, Kommunikationsanbindung mit Verkabelung, Automatisierung, Not-AUS-System. Die hier beschriebenen redundanten Verdichtereinheiten stellen einen Teil der technologischen Verfahrenseinheit zur Einspeisung von Biomethan in das Ferngasleitungsnetz der ONTRAS Gastransport GmbH dar. Das Biomethan wird mit vereinbartem Druck und Brennwert und bis zu einem vereinbarten Gesamtvolumenstrom bzw. in Teilmengen kontinuierlich von der BGAA bereitgestellt. Alle Anlagenzustände werden durch umfassende Messtechnik erfasst, durch ein Prozessleitsystem überwacht, als Information aufbereitet, verfügbar gemacht und für automatische Abläufe und für Systeme zur Datenanbindung an das übergeordnete Leitsystem bereitgestellt. Die Verdichtereinheiten werden ohne ständige Aufsicht betrieben. Zustands- und Funktionskontrollen erfolgen im Rahmen turnusmäßiger Rundgänge im monatlichen Intervall. Die Anlage wird in ihren Baugruppen und Anlagenteilen zur Gewährleistung einer Volllastverfügbarkeit entsprechend Gasnetzzugangsverordnung aufgebaut. Die Verfügbarkeit wird über redundante Verdichter, eingelagerte Ersatzteile und organisatorische Maßnahmen realisiert. Die Verdichtereinheit muss so aufgebaut sein, dass Wartung- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen innerhalb von zwei Jahren oder 16.000 Betriebsstunden ohne Rückbau von Anlagenteilen durchgeführt werden können. Die Inbetriebnahme der Verdichtereinheiten ist für November 2028 geplant.
