Description

Die Gemeinde Auetal plant für die Ortschaft Rehren den Neubau einer 5-Gruppen Kindertagesstätte in Holz-Modulbauweise. Das Bauvorhaben soll das Qualitätssiegel Nachhaltiges Bauen "QNG Plus" erhalten und wird dazu nach dem Bewertungssystem Nachhaltiges Bauen (BNB) zertifiziert. Es werden daher Anforderungen an die Inhaltsstoffe aller Bauprodukte gestellt, um die Errichtung eines sehr schadstoffarmen Gebäudes sicherzustellen. Informationen zum Umfang der Arbeiten können dem Leistungsverzeichnis entnommen werden. Aufgrund des Umfangs der Pläne ist den Ausschreibungsunterlagen ein Link beigefügt. Zum Nachweis der Eignung sind mit Angebotsabgabe bereits besondere Referenzen vorzulegen.
