Description

Die Liegenschaft des Bundespräsidialamtes, mit dem 1786 errichteten Schloss Bellevue, dem 1998 errichteten Verwaltungsgebäude mit Hauptwache und den 2001 restaurierten denkmalgeschützten Parkanlagen, soll einer grundlegenden Sanierung und Ertüchtigung unterzogen werden. Das Schloss Bellevue ist ein Baudenkmal. Die Parkanlage ist ein eingetragenes Gartendenkmal und wird auch während der Baumaßnahme durch die Gärtnerei des Bundespräsidialamtes weiter gepflegt. Das Verwaltungsgebäude unterliegt dem Urheberschutz des Architekturbüros Gruber + Kleine- Kraneburg Architekten. Ziel ist es, die Objekte der Liegenschaft den heutigen Bedarfsanforderungen anzupassen und dabei baulich durch ein ganzheitliches, modernes und energetisch nachhaltiges Gesamtkonzept zu optimieren. Die Gesamtbaumaßnahme wird in 4 Teilbaumaßnahmen unterteilt: 1. Schloss Bellevue - Sanierung, 2. Wach- und Kontrollgebäude - Neubau, 3. Verwaltungsgebäude - Sanierung und 4. Außenanlagen und Infrastruktur - Sanierung und zeitgleich errichtet. Die Entwurfsplanung ist abgeschlossen. Für die spätere Beauftragung der Bauleistungen werden die Genehmigungsplanungen und Leitdetails sowie Funktionale Leistungsbeschreibungen zur Verfügung gestellt.
