Description

Das Bezirksamt Lichtenberg beabsichtigt im Rahmen der Berliner Schulbauoffensive (BSO) auf dem Grundstück des Schulstandorts Sandinostraße 8, 10, 13055 Berlin das Bauvorhaben „Erweiterung, Ersatzneubau und Sanierung der Schulen und Sporthallen sowie Erneuerung der Außenanlage“ zu realisieren. Dabei handelt es sich um eine ganzheitliche, den gesamten Schulstandort betreffende Maßnahme in vier Bauabschnitten, deren Abfolge in einer funktionalen Leistungsbeschreibung beschrieben wird. Zum Leistungsumfang gehören Planungsleistungen gemäß HOAI (LPH 5 - Ausführungsplanung), die Werk- und Montageplanung sowie sämtliche Bauleistungen. Das Bauvorhaben umfasst folgende Maßnahmen: • Neubau Erweiterungsgebäude ISS: BGF ca. 9.950 m2 Erweiterungsbau mit 6 Compartmentclustern, Fachunterrichtsräumen Naturwissenschaften, Technik, Textiles Gestalten und Kochen) sowie Bibliothek und Inklusionsbereich • Anbau an das Bestandsgebäude GS, Sandinostr. 8 (BGF ca. 250 m2, barrierefreien Erschließung des Bestandsgebäudes GS durch Anbau an das Bestandsgebäude GS) und das Bestandsgebäude ISS, Sandinostr. 10 (BGF ca. 250 m2, barrierefreien Erschließung des Bestandsgebäudes ISS durch Anbau an das Bestandsgebäude ISS) • Abbruch MUR (BGF ca. 1.630 m2 Abbruch des dreigeschossigen Ergänzungsbaus aus den 1990er Jahren), der Sporthalle 1 (BGF ca. 1.520 m2 Abbruch der Sporthalle inklusive Nebentrakt aus den 1970er Jahren) und der Sporthalle 2 (BGF ca. 1.790 m2 Abbruch der Sporthalle inklusive Nebentrakt aus den 1990er Jahren) Neubau Community HUB ISS (BGF ca. 4.300 m2;; inkl. Mensa, Mehrzweckraum im EG und Dreifeldsporthalle im OG) und Community HUB GS (BGF ca. 4.300 m2 ; inkl. Mensa, Mehrzweckraum im EG und Dreifeldsporthalle im OG) • Erneuerung der Außenanlagen in allen Bauabschnitten und die Errichtung von Sportanlagen.
