Description

Abbruch, Herstellung Außenanlagen, Schlüsselfertige Errichtung PV-Carports Die Niederlassung Dortmund des Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW errichtet bzw. saniert das Polizeipräsidium Hagen am Standort Hoheleye in insgesamt 3 Bauabschnitten. Gegenstand der ausgeschriebenen Leistung ist die Planung und schlüsselfertige Errichtung des dritten Bauabschnittes. Dieser beinhaltet: 1. Als vorbereitende Maßnahme den Abbruch von 3 Bestandsgebäuden (Stahlbetonmassivkonstruktionen aus den 70er Jahren) mit insgesamt ca. 35.000 m3 ( 8000 m3 + 11.500 m3 + 15.500 m3) umbautem Raum. 2. Die Errichtung einer neuen Stellplatzfläche auf der durch den Abbruch gewonnenen Freiflächen. Es werden insgesamt 261 Stellplatzen zzgl. der notwendigen Verkehrsflächen und Grünstreifen errichtet. Zum Leistungsumfang gehören ebenfalls die hierfür notwendigen Kanalbauarbeiten. 3. Die Teilüberdachung der Stellplatzfläche ( ca. 1100 m2) mit einer PV-Anlage als Systembauweise. Durch den AG sind die örtlichen und technischen Rahmenbedingungen vorgegeben, die bauliche und gestalterische Ausführung erfolgt durch den Auftragnehmer. Zu Punkt 1. liegen Bestandspläne und zu Punkt 2. liegen Ausführungspläne LP5 vor. Die Anforderungen des AG an Punkt 3. ergeben sich aus Vorgaben der Leistungsbeschreibung.
