Description

Umbau und Erweiterung des Umspannwerkes "Prim" in der Neufraer Straße 13, 78628 Rottweil. Der Leistungsumfang des Auftragnehmers erstreckt sich auf die Planung und Ausführung der Erweiterung der bestehenden 110-kV-Anlage von derzeit zwei auf künftig acht Doppelsam-melschienenfelder in Freiluftausführung. Bestandteil der Maßnahme sind außerdem die Aufstellung einer 110-kV-Erdungsspule (E-Spule), die Versetzung eines 110/20-kV-Umspanners, die Errichtung neuer Ölauffangwannen sowie die Herstellung eines Provisoriums zur Sicherstellung des Anlagenbetriebs während der Bauphase. Das bestehende Umspannwerk verfügt über zwei 110/20-kV-Umspanner mit einer Leistung von jeweils 40 MVA. Diese werden im Blockbetrieb über zwei 110-kV-Freileitungen vom benachbarten Umspannwerk Rottweil der Netze BW versorgt. Im Zuge der Erweiterung wird die 110-kV-Schaltanlage auf insgesamt acht Doppelsammelschienenfelder ausgebaut. Vorgesehen sind zwei Einspeisefelder für die 110-kV-Freileitungen, zwei Transformatorfelder, drei Kabelabgangsfelder sowie eine Querkupplung. Ein Kabelabgangsfeld dient als Reserve. Hier werden vorerst nur die Fundamente verbaut. Zusätzlich wird eine 110-kV- Erdschlusslöschspule in Tauchkernausführung errichtet, die umschaltbar an den Mittelpunkt der Umspanner angeschlossen wird. Einer der beiden 110/20-kV-Umspanner wird auf ein neues Trafofundament umgesetzt. Für die Erdschluss-löschspule sowie den neuen Transformatorstandort werden zwei neue Ölauffangwannen er-richtet. Der Transformator 121 wird auf die Auffangwanne im Feld =E8 umgesetzt. Zur Aufrechterhaltung des Anlagenbetriebs während der Bauzeit werden die beiden 110/20-kV-Umspanner über provisorische 110-kV-Bauersatzkabel an die Freileitungsportale angeschlossen. Die Schutz- und Leittechnik für die 110-kV-Anlage wird bauseits bereitgestellt. Die erforderlichen Sekundärkabel sind über eine neu zu errichtende Leerrohrtrasse in den Technikraum einzuziehen und beidseitig anzuschließen. Darüber hinaus werden die unterspannungsseitigen Trafokabel neu verlegt, während die vorhandenen Trafokabel zurückgebaut werden. Der voraussichtliche Ausführungszeitraum erstreckt sich vom der KW 06/2027 bis zum 1. Quartal 2030 Weitere Einzelheiten finden sich in der Anlage "Lastenheft und Leistungsverzeichnis".
