Description

Die Fassade des Hochhauses "Gebäude 3408" der Leibniz Universität Hannover (LUH) an der Appelstraße 9a soll erneuert werden. Die vorhandene Fassadenkonstruktion, bestehend aus umlaufenden Fensterbändern und mit asbesthaltigen Faserzementplatten verkleideten Mauerwerksbrüstungen sowie vorgelagerten Wartungsbalkonen, ist stark baufällig. Zum Schutz vor herabfallenden Fassadenteilen ist das Hochhaus derzeit in ein Sicherungsnetz eingehüllt. Im Zuge der Fassadensanierung soll außerdem eine Dachsanierung erfolgen. Im Zuge dieser Baumaßnahme werden Deckenrandertüchtigungsarbeiten ausgeschrieben. Decknrandertüchtigung gemäß beigefügtem Leistungsverzeichnis u.a. Baustelleneinrichtung, Deckenrandertüchtigung, Stundenlohnarbeiten.
