DIN 277 auf: Bebaute Fläche (BF): 2.612 m² Außenanlagenfläche (AF): 5.960 m² Grundstücksfläche (GF): 8.572 m² Bruttogrundfläche (BGF): 13.110 m² Brutto-Rauminhalt (BRI): 45.913 m² Der Gebäudekomplex besteht aus insgesamt 4 Bauteilen (A, B, C, und Haupteingang) mit 4 bzw. 5 Obergeschossen. Der Rückbau des Gebäudes besteht aus allgemeiner Baustelleneinrichtung, der Demontage, der Entkernung, der Schadstoffsanierung, , dem Abbruch des Tragwerks und dem Transport und der Entsorgung der Abbruchstoffe. Die detaillierte Auflistung der zu erbringenden Leistungen sind den beigefügten LV-Positionen zu entnehmen. Das Gebäude befindet sich in einem sicherheitsüberwachten Bereich und muss für den Abbruch gegenüber den angrenzenden Flächen entsprechend durch technische Maßnahmen (Bauzaun mit Sichtschutz, erweiterte Baustellenabsicherung) und gegenüber den weiteren auf dem Gelände befindlichen Einrichtungen / Nutzungen abgesichert werden. Der Ausführungszeitraum für die beschriebenen Leistungen (siehe LV-Positionen) beträgt 96 Wochen. In diesem Zeitraum sind angenommene 30 Wochen für die einfache Sicherheitsüberprüfung der Mitarbeiter des Auftragnehmers enthalten. Dieser Zeitraum kann jedoch variieren.
