25E0640 (LBB NL KO) Landesamt für Brand- und Katastrophenschutz, Neubau Unterkunftsgebäude, Unterkunftsgebäude 12 / Planung und Ausführen von Bauleistungen Titel: Planungs- und Bauleistungen für die Errichtung eines Unterkunftsgebäudes für Fortbildungs- und Ausbildungsteilnehmer in Koblenz Beschreibung: Gegenstand des vorliegenden Vergabeverfahrens ist die Vergabe von Planungs- und Bauleistungen für die Errichtung eines Unterkunftsgebäudes für Fortbildungs- und Ausbildungsteilnehmer in Koblenz. Es handelt sich um eine Landesunterkunft mit unter anderem 88 Einzelzimmern und zwei Familienzimmern (barrierefrei), die auf einem unbebauten und unbefestigten Grundstück entstehen soll. Das Baugrundstück befindet sich innerhalb der Feuerwehr- und Katastrophenschutzakademie im östlichen Stadtgebiet von Koblenz. Das Baufeld liegt zentral in der Liegenschaft und hat eine Größe von ca. 700 m², allseitig umrahmt von den Bestandsgebäuden. Das Grundstück (Parzelle 15/124) hat insgesamt eine Größe von 35.790 m².
