Description

Auftraggeber des Projektes ist die TEN Thüringer Energienetze GmbH & Co. KG. Diese ist ein regionaler Verteilnetzbetreiber. Das bestehende Umspannwerk (UW) Wolkramshausen soll abgerissen und in drei Bauabschnitten an gleicher Stelle neu errichtet werden. Die hier ausgeschriebene Bauleistung ist ein Teil-Los im Rahmen der Errichtung des 110-kV-Umspannwerkes mit Dreifachsammelschiene in zwei Blöcken (26 Schaltfelder und 2 Kupplungen). Diese Ausschreibung umfasst die Errichtung der Gebäude, Fundamente, Schächte sowie Straßen- und Tiefbauarbeiten für das gesamte Umspannwerk. Es sind u. a. folgende Bestandteile des neuen Umspannwerks herzustellen: - das Wartengebäude (eingeschossig, Satteldach, ca. 180 qm) - das Mittelspannungsgebäude (eingeschossig, Satteldach, ca. 200 qm) - Fundamente und Schächte (ca. 22 Portalfundamente, ca. 470 Kleinfundamente, ca. 14 Blitzschutzfundamente, Fundamente für Videoüberwachung, 3 Trafofundamente, 1 Fundament für die Kompensationsdrossel, ca. 20 Kabelziehschächte, 2 E-Spulenfundamente) - Straßen, Wege und Flächen (ca. 3000 qm Asphaltflächen, geschotterte Flächen, gepflasterte Flächen) - Freianlagen (terrassiertes zu begrünendes Gelände, ca. 500 m Zaunanlage) - verschiedene Kabelleerrohrtrassen, Schutzrohrtrassen, Medientrassen für Trinkwasserversorgung sowie Entwässerung Dazu gehören in den wichtigsten Punkten zusammengefasst u. a. folgende Leistungen: Abriss Altanlage - Baugrubenverbau - Erdbauarbeiten - Leerrohrverlegung - Fertigteilfundamente - Beton- und Stahlbetonarbeiten - Grundleitung Entwässerung/ Frischwasser - Doppelboden - Stahlbau - Abdichtungsarbeiten - Vermessung - HLS - Hauselektrik Das Baufeld besteht aus der Fläche der bestehenden 110-kV-Schaltanlage sowie aus dem derzeit unbebauten unmittelbar angrenzenden Grundstück (landwirtschaftliche Nutzfläche) und ist ca. 325 m lang sowie 85 m breit. Die gesamte Anlage wird im laufenden Betrieb umgebaut, die Bauleistungen und die Elektroinstallationen erfolgen dabei sequenziell, sodass die Errichtung der Neuanlage in drei Bauabschnitten erfolgt. Die Besonderheit bei diesem Projekt besteht in den parallelen Bautätigkeiten mit einem überregionalen Netzbetreiber am gleichen Standort. Die Baustellenzufahrt ab L1039 wird gemeinsam genutzt. Ein erhöhter Aufwand an Koordination und Abstimmung ist einzukalkulieren. Geplanter Ausführungsbeginn: 01.10.2026 Die Leistungen, Anforderungen und Besonderheiten werden dann im Leistungsverzeichnis enthalten sein.
