Bereitstellung einer Patientenmultimedia Lösungsplattform für die RKH Gesundheit Gegenstand der Auftragsvergabe und der damit zu schließenden Verträge zwischen der RKH Regionale Kliniken Holding und Services GmbH (Auftraggeberin - AG) und dem Auftragnehmer (AN) inkludiert die folgenden Aufgaben: - Bereitstellung einer Patientenmultimedia Lösungsplattform in Form einer hybriden Variante mit zentralen Lösungskomponenten/Diensten aus der Cloud, mit ergänzenden, lokal instal-lierten Komponenten in den betreffenden Standorten des AG. - Ausstattung aller Bettenstellplätze der PKV-Bereiche an 6 Standorten des AG - Neben einem Standardangebot an Unterhaltungsmedien während des Aufenthaltes, muss die Lösungsplattform weitere definierte Dienste, mit spezifischen klinischen und organisa-torischen Informations- und Kommunikationsdiensten bereitstellen. - Eine offene Lösungsarchitektur und die Verwendung standardisierter Schnittstellen muss dazu beitragen, Anwendungen Dritter, (bspw. Serviceruf, Menüerfassung etc.) mit in das Gesamtlösungskonzept aufzunehmen und integrieren zu können. In 2027 sollen ca. 237 PKV-Bereiche ausgestattet werden.
