Description

Mit dieser Ausschreibung sucht die RKH Regionale Kliniken Holding und Services GmbH eine neue Intranet-Plattform für die gesamte RKH Gesundheit sowie einen Wartungs- und Supportpartner für diese Plattform, die einen zentralen Einstiegspunkt in die komplette Informations- und Wissenswelt der Organisationen schaffen kann. Die künftige Intranet-Plattform soll nicht nur nutzerfreundlicher und weniger verschachtelt sein, sondern neben der Barrierefreiheit und Datenschutzkonformität auch Anforderungen eines modernen Designs erfüllen. Bereitstellung eines Social-Intranet-Systems in Form einer Desktop-Version und einer mobilen Mitarbeitenden-App zur Nutzung auf verschiedenen Endgeräten (z. B. Smartphones, Tablets) unter Berücksichtigung der gesetzlichen Anforderung an die Datenschutzkonformität sowie der Barrierefreiheit. Dabei ist zu beachten, dass die Desktop-Version eine Web-Application ist, die spezifisch für die Nutzung am Desktop optimiert ist. Dies bedeutet, dass sowohl eine Darstellung komplexer Inhalts- und Navigationsstrukturen möglich ist, als auch ein separates Back-end für das Managen aller Inhalte (Content Management System, Systemkonfiguration, Nutzerprovisionierung, Redaktionsplanung und Plattformstatistiken). Die mobile White-Label-App ist hingegen für die mobile Nutzung optimiert. Das bedeutet, dass alle Inhalte komplett responsive dargestellt werden können und Seiten und News trotzdem punktuell angepasst werden können. - Bereitstellung des Systems in Form einer gehosteten Cloud-Variante. - Konfiguration des Systems gemäß den Vorgaben des Auftraggebers. Dazu gehören beispielsweise und nicht abschließend: das Einrichten der benötigten Nachrichtenkanäle, das Bereitstellen von Vorlagen, ein Rollen- und Rechte-Konzept, ein Konzept und die Umsetzung der Integration von Drittsystemen wie z.B: Microsoft 365 (Sharepoint, Teams). Die Plattform bietet sowohl eine native Integration zu M365 als auch zusätzliche API-Schnittstellen für Drittsysteme die zukünftig integriert werden können. - Begleitung der Einführung des Systems für die Nutzenden der RKH in Form von beispielsweise Schulungen, Informationsmaterialien und ähnlichem. - Betrieb, Wartung und Support des Systems nach dem Go-live Die Bereitstellung des vollumfänglichen Intranets mit allen erforderlichen und gewünschten Anforderungen ist derzeit bis zum 1. September 2026 geplant, sodass der Betriebsstart am 1. Oktober 2026 erfolgen kann.
