Die Fachhochschule Aachen beabsichtigt, eine Containerbasierte Pilotanlage zur mikrobiellen Wasserstoffproduktion zu beschaffen Die Fachhochschule Aachen beabsichtigt, eine containerbasierte Pilot-Wasserstoffanlage zu beschaffen aus Mitteln des fachlich zuständigen Ressorts des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen und des Bundesministeriums für Forschung, Technologie und Raumfahrt (BMFTR) Die Bestandteile der Gesamtanlage sind in Abb. 1 des Leistungsverzeichnisses dargestellt. Die gesamte Anlage besteht aus zwei Hydrolysebehältern, einem Zwischenlager, einem Gärproduktlager und einem Wasserstoffreaktor. Der Wasserstoffreaktor, welche als kontinuierlicher anaerober Rührkesselreaktor (CSTR) ausgelegt werden muss, soll ein Reaktionsvolumen von ca. 400 L zzgl. Kopfraum haben. Das entstehende Gas, welches voraussichtlich eine Gasproduktionsrate von bis zu 1.000 L/d Gasgemisch aus H2 und CO2 /d aufweisen wird, muss mengen- oder volumenmäßig quantifiziert sowie hinsichtlich der Gaszusammensetzung erfasst werden. Die gesamte Anlage soll in einem 40 Fuß Container realisiert sein. Die Anlage soll betriebsbereit montiert, inklusive Steuerung, Werkplanung, Lieferung, Dokumentation, Inbetriebnahme und Training angeboten werden. Das Projekt wird durch einen seitens der FH beauftragten Sachverständigen begleitet. Der Sachverständige überwacht die Herstellerpflichten bei der Errichtung der Maschine bzw. Anlage. Die containerbasierte Pilotanlage muss bis spätestens zum 31.07.2027 betriebsfertig geliefert und in Betrieb genommen sein.
