Description

In der Stadt Königswinter befindet sich der beliebte Ausflugsberg Drachenfels. Dazu kommen die Besucher meist mit dem Schiff über den Rhein bis nach Königswinter und gehen dann auf direktem Weg über die Drachenfelsstraße und dem Bahnübergang (BÜ) „Drachenfelsstraße“ hoch zum Drachenfels bzw. zur Talstation der Drachenfelsbahn (bergseitig). Dabei werden neben der Bundesstraße B 42 auch die Eisenbahnstrecke 2324 von Mülheim (Ruhr)-Speldorf nach Niederlahnstein in Bahn-km 99.127 und 99.212 über den Bahnübergang (BÜ) gequert. Die Strecke 2324 ist mit über 300 Zugfahrten die am meisten belastete Eisenbahnstrecke in Deutschland. Da seit Frühjahr 2026 ein neues Eisenbahnüberführungsbauwerk (als Unterführung - EÜ) als Ersatz für den vorhandenen BÜ hergestellt wird, sind für das geplante, bergseitige Aufgangsbauwerk (Rampen- und Treppenanlage) vorab die vorbereitenden Kanalbaumaßnahmen durchzuführen. Vorliegend werden die Arbeiten zur Entwässerung / Kanalbau ausgeschrieben. Die herzustellenden Kanalanlagen befinden sich zwischen der Unterführung der Bahntrasse und dem Aufgangsbauwerk hangseits zwischen Tunnelausgang und den Straßen Winzerstraße und Drachenfelsstraße.
