Description

Die Stadtwerke Düsseldorf AG (SWD) beabsichtigen im Rahmen des Ausschreibungsverfahren die Vergabe von Rahmenverträgen in Bezug auf den Support im Kontext des SAP Utilities. Die Ausschreibung umfasst die fachliche und entwicklungsseitige Unterstützung im Rahmen des Supports des SAP IS-U und S/4 Utilities sowie Projektunterstützung. Die SWD befindet sich aktuell in einer S/4 Utilities Transformation, sodass die Unterstützungsleistungen SAP IS-U und S/4 Utilities umfassen. Die Rahmenverträge sollen geplant vom 01.07.2026 bis zum 31.12.2029 zuzüglich von drei Verlängerungsoptionen je 1 Jahr gelten. Der Ausschreibungsgegenstand ist die fachliche und entwicklungsseitige Unterstützung im Rahmen des Supports des SAP IS-U und S/4 Utilities (inkl. MKV Cloud und MaCo Cloud) und der damit verbunden Umsetzung von fachlichen Anforderungen sowie Behebung von Fehlern in den im SAP Utilities abgebildeten Prozessen u.a. im Meter-to-Cash Prozess. Des Weiteren enthält sie die fachliche und entwicklungsseitige Unterstützung im Rahmen der Umsetzung der Format- und Releasewechsel, sowie die zukünftige Projektunterstützung im SAP IS-U und S/4 Utilities Umfeld durch u.a. Berater:innen und Entwickler:innen. Die SWD befindet sich aktuell in einer S/4 Utilities Transformation, sodass die Unterstützungsleistungen SAP IS-U und S/4 Utilities umfassen. Anzahl der Rahmenvertragspartner: Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt Rahmenverträge mit mehreren Rahmenvertragspartnern abzuschließen. Auftragsvolumen: Das voraussichtliche Auftragsvolumen für den Zeitraum 01.07.2026 bis 31.12.2029 beträgt ungefähr ganzheitlich 10,5 Mio. Euro. Pro Jahr wird das Auftragsvolumen auf ganzheitlich 3 Mio. Euro geschätzt.
