Description

Externe Unterstützung beim Roll-In digitaler Services mit Fokus auf Breitbandausbau in Brandenburger Kommunen im Rahmen der Umsetzung des Online-Zugangsgesetzes. Um eine flächendeckende Einführung des Portals im Land Brandenburg zu erleichtern, hat die Digital Agentur Brandenburg GmbH (DABB) im Jahr 2024 mit der Unterstützung der Anbindung erster Wegebaulastträger begonnen. Seit Beginn des Roll-Ins konnten bereits erste Landkreise erfolgreich angebunden werden. Im Jahr 2026 ist geplant, den Roll-In verstärkt zu intensivieren und die Unterstützungsangebote weiterzuführen. Das Ziel besteht darin, dass alle Landkreise für eine Anbindung an das Portal unterstützt werden und eine substanzielle Anzahl von Gemeinden das Breitband-Portal in der Praxis nutzen wird. Leistungsbestandteile: - Projekt- und Change-Management im Kontext der Verfahrenseinführung OZG Breitband-Portal, - Unterstützung bei der Anpassung von Arbeitsweisen und Prozessen in mehreren Kommunen parallel, - Workshops, - Technischer Support & Durchführung des Anbindungsmanagements für mehrere Kommu-nen, - Unterstützung bei der Erarbeitung von Handbüchern, Prozessmodellen und Vorgehensweisen zur Einführung der EfA-Leistung, - Einbindung und Nutzung bestehender Netzwerke und einer Community-Plattform als zusätzliche Kommunikationskanäle mit den Kommunen.
