Description

Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss von zwei Rahmenvereinbarungen mit jeweils einem Wirtschaftsteilnehmer über Beratungs- und Dienstleistungen im Umfeld der SAP Business Intelligence Technologien wie bspw. SAP BW oder SAP Analytics Cloud (kurz SAP BI). Die Rahmenvereinbarungen dienen der bedarfsgerechten Inanspruchnahme von Unterstüt-zungsleistungen zur Weiterentwicklung, Integration und zum Betrieb der beim Auftraggeber eingesetzten „SAP Business Intelligence Landschaft“. Die konkreten Einzelaufträge werden während der Vertragslaufzeit auf Grundlage der jeweiligen Regelungen der Rahmenvereinbarung durch gesonderte Beauftragung vergeben. Der Auftraggeber nutzt bereits verschiedene Komponenten aus dem Umfeld SAP Business Warehouse (SAP BW) und SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) und beabsichtigt, deren Einsatz schritt-weise auszubauen. Die Weiterentwicklung umfasst sowohl die Erweiterung bestehender Funktionalitäten als auch die bedarfsgerechte Einbindung weiterer Nutzergruppen und Anwendungsbereiche. Gegenstand der Rahmenvereinbarung ist die Erbringung von Beratungs- und Dienstleistungen im Umfeld der SAP Business Intelligence sowie der eingesetzten und künftig zu integrieren-den SAP BI Technologien. Die Leistungen dienen der bedarfsgerechten Unterstützung des Auftraggebers bei der Weiterentwicklung seiner Daten- und Analyseplattform, der Umsetzung fachlicher Anforderungen sowie der zeitlich begrenzten Unterstützung im operativen Betrieb. Die konkreten Leistungen werden innerhalb der Vertragslaufzeit entsprechend dem jeweiligen Bedarf des Auftraggebers in Form von Einzelaufträgen abgerufen.
