SachsenEnergie AG intends to conclude two framework agreements, each with one contractor, covering consultancy and services related to Salesforce. The agreements enable support to be called off as needed for the further development, integration and operation of the Salesforce landscape used by the buyer. Specific individual orders will be awarded during the contract term by separate commissioning under the framework terms. The scope covers two areas: consultancy, implementation and further development services, including conception, introduction, integration and development of the Salesforce landscape in coordination with internal and external project partners; and operational support services to ensure and develop the ongoing operation of the Salesforce components in use.
