Benötigt werden Dienstleistungen im Bereich der Entwicklung und Pflege von Anwendungen, insbesondere Webanwendungen sowie mobile Anwendungen. Die Entwicklung erfolgt hauptsächlich in den Referenzarchitekturen des StMELF (aktuell überwiegend Racy10, basierend auf der Programmiersprache Java sowie den Frameworks Apache Wicket, Spring und JPA sowie Racy25, basierend auf den Programmiersprachen Java und TypeScript sowie den Frameworks Angular, Spring und JPA). Die Leistung umfasst auch die Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Referenzarchitekturen. Derzeit gibt es sowohl Anwendungen in der Racy10- als auch der Racy25-Architektur, wobei diese die Standardarchitektur für Neuentwicklungen ist. Die für die Entwicklung zuständigen Referate P5 und CIO2 des StMELF sowie das Sachgebiet IuK4 der FüAk sind Teil der EU-Zahlstelle des Freistaates Bayern und nach der EU-Verordnung Nr. 885/2006 ist für die Informationssysteme der Zahlstelle die Zertifizierung der IT-Sicherheit gemäß ISO 27001 auf Basis IT-Grundschutz des Bundesamtes für Sicherheit in der Informationstechnik (BSI) in jeweils aktueller Fassung verpflichtend. Benötigt werden Dienstleistungen im Bereich der Entwicklung von Anwendungen, insbesondere Webanwendungen in der Referenzarchitektur des StMELF (aktuell Racy10, basierend auf den Frameworks Apache Wicket, Spring und JPA sowie Racy25 basierend auf den Frameworks Angular, Spring, JPA).
