Description

Im Rahmen einer Rahmenvereinbarung soll ein Auftragnehmer ein KI-gestütztes System für den Geflüchtetenbereich entwickeln, einführen und betreiben, das Menschen im Ankommensprozess niedrigschwellig unterstützt, deren Selbstständigkeit fördert und gleichzeitig die Mitarbeitenden entlastet. Das KI-System soll als Pilotprojekt in einer Geflüchtetenunterkunft mit ca. 1.300 Bewohner*innen eingeführt werden. Wir gehen davon aus, dass ca. zwei Drittel der Menschen die Anwendung nutzen werden. Perspektivisch hat der AWO Kreisverband Berlin-Mitte e.V. noch weitere Unterkünfte sowie mobile Beratung, so dass es ca. 6.500 Geflüchtete umfasst, wovon wieder von zwei Dritteln Nutzer*innen ausgegangen werden kann. Mit dem Zuschlag erfolgt als Abruf aus der Rahmenvereinbarung der Auftrag zur Entwicklung des KI-Systems zur Verwendung in drei Use Cases und mit weiteren Pflichtfunktionen. Weitere Abrufe zur Weiterentwicklung des KI-Systems können erfolgen - es besteht kein Anspruch auf weitere Abrufe nach dem mit dem Zuschlag erfolgten Abruf.
