Summary

Machine-generated summary

Cologne/Bonn Airport is procuring IT consulting, software development and project support for its EASA ZDM/DMS@CGN project in the AD, geodata and documentation department. The work supports the management of aeronautical data and information under EASA ADR.OR.D.007, which affects operating processes, infrastructure measures and the airport's EASA certificate. Services include process-driven master data management based on an object-relational database with specialist applications and registers, the ADQ process and data update processes, EASA aerodrome safeguarding, and document management for demonstrating EASA conformity in the DSN (airport infrastructure), OR (organisation) and OPS (operations) areas. Support also covers managing project products such as project documentation, schedules, resource planning and reporting, involving the MUNV state aviation authority.
