Description

Die Unfallkasse Nordrhein-Westfalen als Auftraggeberin (nachfolgend Auftraggeberin genannt) hat für die Bürostandorte Münster und Düsseldorf IT-Supportleistungen vergeben. Die Auftraggeberin hat Vor-Ort-IT-Supportleistungen ("Field Service") für die Standorte Münster und Düsseldorf vergeben. Die Auftraggeberin bezieht zentrale IT-Services über einen externen IT-Kooperationspartner, der u.a. den Betrieb der zentralen IT-Infrastruktur und IT-Services und den zentralen Service Desks betreibt, Störungen und Service Requests annimmt, klassifiziert und betreibt, ein zentrales Ticketsystem betreibt, den 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support erbringt und Remote-Support für Anwender leistet. Die im Rahmen vergebenen Leistungen umfassen lokale Unterstützungsleistungen vor Ort in Münster und Düsseldorf, insbesondere für die Fälle, bei denen eine Bearbeitung durch den zentralen Service Desk nicht remote möglich ist. Der Auftragnehmer fungiert als verlängerter Arm ("Remote Hands") des zentralen IT-Kooperationspartners am Standort der Auftraggeberin.
