SBK, a German social insurance provider, is conducting a market research exercise (not a tender) to identify suppliers of survey software. The software would allow SBK to independently plan, run and evaluate customer surveys, especially email-based questionnaires. Suppliers must be able to meet data protection and security requirements of German social law and BSI standards; this covers only part of the overall requirements. Participation does not create any right to a contract or obligation to run a procurement, and findings will be handled in a competition-neutral way in any future tender.
