Summary

Machine-generated summary

Helmholtz Zentrum München, Department of Human Resources, is procuring a new leading HR core system to digitalise and automate HR processes. The buyer is based in Germany. SAP HCM will remain in use for time recording and payroll. The future licence scope covers 3,355 employees (2,555 internal staff and 800 guests, all with full licences); licences for optional modules must be quoted as price options. The introduction follows a multi-stage approach, starting with the base modules HR Core and Onboarding, with further modules in phases 2 and 3 at the buyer's option. An internal system inventory and a target concept of the future HR IT landscape exist and are available on request against a signed confidentiality agreement. No estimated value or deadline is stated in the notice.
