Description

Gegenstand der zu vergebenden Leistung ist die Digitalisierung von analogen Akten des Liegenschaftskatasters von Baden-Württemberg, um diese künftig in digitaler Form im landesweiten Informationssystem Liegenschaftskatasterakten (ILKA) vorhalten und bereitstellen zu können. Die zu digitalisierenden analogen Unterlagen des Liegenschaftskatasters sind Unikate, die rechtserhebliche Entscheidungen sowie Dokumentationen von Tatsachenfeststellungen und Maßnahmen für das Liegenschaftskataster darstellen. Sie dienen insbesondere der Sicherung des Grundeigentums, dem Grundstücksverkehr, der Besteuerung sowie der Ordnung von Grund und Boden. Die Liegenschaftskatasterakten werden in einem Gebrauchsarchiv geführt und für die Durchführung von Liegenschaftsvermessungen zwingend benötigt. Die Leistung beinhaltet die Abholung, die Digitalisierung und den Rücktransport der Liegenschaftskatatasterakten. Die Digitalisierung umfasst - das Einscannen der Liegenschaftskatasterakten einschließlich des korrekten Benennens der Dateien (Digitalisate) und - die vollständige Erfassung von Metadaten zu den einzelnen Digitalisaten in den zur Verfügung gestellten Excel-Tabellen (z. B. Dateiname, Angaben zum Scan - siehe Anlage 9_Metadaten). Los 1: Digitalisierung gebundener Liegenschaftskatasterakten Die Akten liegen gebunden in Büchern, Bänden oder geschnürt in Bündeln vor.; Los 2: Digitalisierung ungebundener Liegenschaftskatasterakten Der überwiegende Teil dieser Katasterakten liegt im Format DIN A4 vor, einzelne Akten können jedoch auch eine Größe von DIN A3, DIN A2 oder DIN A1 aufweisen.
