Description

Es soll ein Digital Asset Management System (DAM) als Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) eingekauft werden, um digitale Assets (Bilder, Audio- sowie Videodaten sowie zugehörige Lizenzdokumente) zentralisiert abzuspeichern, professionell zu verwalten, den Mitarbeitenden der Techniker Krankenkasse (TK) sowie Dritten (z.B. Werbeagenturen der TK) zugänglich zu machen sowie für den Einsatz auf u.a. tk.de zu hosten. Der Auftragnehmer (AN) stellt der TK ein Digital Asset Management (DAM) System als serverbasierte Web-Anwendung über eine Benutzeroberfläche zur Nutzung bereit und hostet die Anwendung entsprechend. Zu Vertragsbeginn migriert er bei der TK vorhandene (Bewegt-)Bilder in das DAM-System. Außerdem erbringt er für die TK nach Bedarf verschiedene weitere Dienstleistungen wie z. B. Schulungen oder Programmierleistungen. Für weitere Einzelheiten wird auf die Vergabeunterlagen verwiesen.
