Description

Zur Erweiterung des digitalen Produktangebots der Thüringer Staatslotterie AöR (TSL) ist die Beschaffung und Implementierung sogenannter eInstant Games als Vergabegegenstand vorgesehen. Das bestehende Portfolio ist hierbei neben den klassischen Rubbellosen um elektronische Sofortlotterien mit interaktiver Spielmechanik zu ergänzen. Vergabegegenstand ist die Bereitstellung, der laufende Betrieb und Support einer IT-Plattform für eInstant Games (Software-as-a-Service). Der Auftrag umfasst zudem die initiale Bereitstellung von eInstant Games für die Integration in die Webseite und die App der TSL. Die TSL startet ihr Angebot mit fünf eInstant Games, die der Auftraggeber nach Zuschlagserteilung aus dem Portfolio des Auftragnehmers auswählt. Ziel ist die Erweiterung des bestehenden Produktportfolios um attraktive, sichere und regulatorisch konforme (lt. GlüStV) eInstant Games, die über Web- und Mobile Kanäle wie die App angeboten werden können. Im Übrigen siehe Leistungsbeschreibung.
