Description

Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss von Rahmenvereinbarungen mit maximal bis zu vier Wirtschaftsteilnehmern über Beratungsleistungen im Multiprojektmanagement gemäß § 21 VgV. Nach Abschluss der bis zu vier möglichen Rahmenvereinbarungen erhalten die Auftragnehmer einzelne Aufträge für die Beratung der Fachbereiche bei der Entwicklung und Konzeption von IT-Themen und Projektmanagementthemen unter Berücksichtigung der Ist-Situation und der Unternehmensstrategie. Art und Umfang des Beratungsauftrages werden in den Einzelabrufen näher vereinbart. Der Auftraggeber führt vor jeder Einzelbeauftragung einen Miniwettbewerb unter den Rahmenvertragspartnern durch. Zuschlagskriterien für die Miniwettbewerbe: 40 % fachliche Qualifikation, 60 % Preis. Weitere Informationen sind der Leistungsbeschreibung zu entnehmen.
