Description

Die Akademischen Prüfstellen (APS) sind gemeinsame Einrichtungen des Auswärtigen Amtes in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Deutschen Akademischen Austauschdienst (DAAD). Die APS verifiziert im Auftrag der deutschen Hochschulen und des Auswärtigen Amtes in den jeweiligen Herkunftsländern erbrachte Schul- und Studienleistungen. Überprüft wird dabei die formale Hochschulzugangsberechtigung für deutsche Hochschulen und die Echtheit der vorgelegten Schul- und Studiendokumente. Akademische Prüfstellen gibt es zurzeit in China, Vietnam und Indien. Zukünftig kann es zur Einrichtung weiterer Standorte kommen. Derzeit werden an den APS-Standorten China, Indien und Vietnam verschiedene Systemlösungen eingesetzt. Aufgrund geänderter Rahmenbedingungen, neuer Arbeitsabläufe und technischer Einschränkungen stoßen die bisher genutzten Lösungen an ihre Grenzen. Mit Los 1 dieser Ausschreibung wird ein neues APS-Administrationssystem ausgeschrieben. Mit Los 2 wird das Hosting des APS-Administrationssystems ausgeschrieben. Es wird angestrebt, das Hosting des APS-Administrationssystems in Deutschland anzusiedeln. Die Hosting-Dienste umfassen die Bereitstellung einer hochverfügbaren Plattform, inklusive der Systeme für das Testen und den Betrieb des Administrationssystems. Die Hosting-Infrastruktur muss in sich geschlossen sein, einschließlich aller Webserver oder anderer Systemkomponenten. Die Hosting-Infrastruktur muss die technischen und nicht-funktionalen Anforderungen erfüllen. Einzelheiten sind der Leistungsbeschreibung für das jeweilige Los zu entnehmen.
