Die Stadt Vilshofen an der Donau (nachfolgend "Konzessionsgeberin") sucht einen Auftragnehmer (nachfolgend "Konzessionsnehmer") für die Planung, Errichtung und den Betrieb eines nach der "Richtlinie zur 'Förderung zur Unterstützung des Gigabitausbaus der Telekommunikationsnetze in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland‘“, Bekanntmachung des Bundesministeriums für Verkehr und digitale Infrastruktur vom 31.03.2023 in der Änderungsfassung vom 30.04.2024 (nachfolgend: „Gigabit-RL 2.0“) im Rahmen des „Lückenschluss-Programmes“ im Sinne der Nr. 9.1 der Gigabit-RL 2.0 sowie der „Richtlinie über die Kofinanzierung der Förderung des Gigabitausbaus durch den Bund im Freistaat Bayern 2.0‘“ (nachfolgend: „KofGibitR 2.0“) im Wirtschaftlichkeitslückenmodell gefördertes, noch zu errichtendes gigabitfähiges Glasfasernetz im Stadtgebiet der Konzessionsgeberin.
