VE 50 - Wärmeversorgungsanlage Umbau und Erweiterung Medico-Palais Das Medico-Palais im Alten Kurpark der Stadt Bad Soden am Taunus entstand 1912 und war zu dieser Zeit das größte Inhalatorium Europas. Das Gebäude steht als Kulturdenkmal unter Denkmalschutz. Nachdem es seit 2019 leer steht, soll es nun als Verwaltungsstandort umgenutzt werden. So wird die Stadt Bad Soden am Taunus einen großen Teil ihrer Stadtverwaltung in das dreigeschossige Medico-Palais umziehen. Wärmeversorgungsanlage: Wärmeerzeugung Wasser-Wasser-Wärmepumpe 70 kW, Primärenergie Sole Trennung mittels Rohrbündelwärmetauscher aus Edelstahl, Pufferspeicher, getrennter Heizkries-Verteiler und Heizkreis Sammler, Absperrklappen DN 32-80- 14 St, Umwälzpumpen DN 25-32 7 St Solewasserversorgung aus PVC-U: DN 50-100 ca. 200 m, ca. 60 Formstücke, PVC-Absperrklappen DN 50-65 12 St, 2 Inliner-Pumpen DN 50, Naßläufer Umwälzpumpen DN 32, Magnetitabscheider DN 65 Fernwärmetrasse Transferleitung Keller DN 80, C-Stahl geschweißt, ca. 100 m, 20 Formstücke Wärmeverteilung als Verästelungsnetz im Tichelmann, Rohrleitungen Stahl niro gepreßt 1.4520, Länge ca. 1.100 m Dimension 18 - 88,9 mm, ca. 750 Formstücke Heizkörper als Röhrenradiatoren Höhe 300-3.000 mm Anzahl Glieder 22-58, Gruppen von 19 St. Deckenstrahlheizung mit Heizkreisverteiler je Raum insgesamt 950 m2, zusätzlich Kühlkonvektoren 4 St Kühlung mit Klatwassersatz 46 kW, Rückkühler (Glykol) Außenbereich, Umwälzpumpen 4 St DN 32-40, Absperrklappen DN 32-65 - 30 St Kaltwasserverteilung: Stahlleitung niro 18-76,1 mm - ca. 950 m, Formstücke ca. 700 St Anschluß an Heiz-Kühldecke
