Kälteversorgung über reversible Luft-Wasser-Wärmepumpe. Split-Kälteanlagen zur Kühlung von EDV und ELT. Erdverlegte Heizungs- und Kaltwasserleitungen zwischen den Gebäuden als Nahwärme-Kältenetz. Heiz- und Kühlkreise zur Versorgung von RLT-Anlagen. 1 St Fernwärmeübergabestation mit ca. 130 kW 1 St Luft-Wasser-Wärmepumpe mit ca. 110 kW 2 St Pufferspeicher mit ca. 2.000 l 1 St kombinierter Vor- und Rücklaufverteiler bis 15 m3/h 55 St Armaturen 580 m Rohrleitung aus Edelstahlohr DN 15 - DN 120 180 m Schwarzes Stahlrohr DN 15 - DN 100 in der Zentrale 1.200 m2 Heiz- und Kühldecke in Gipskarton mit Kunststoffverrohrung 6 St Pumpen 1 St Druckhaltestation mit Entgasung 2 St Wärmemengenzähler 580 m Dämmung und Rohrleitungen und Formstücken mit Mineralwolle alukaschiert 1 St prov. Beheizung des Gebäudes zur Temperierung des Gebäudes mit Betreuung der Anlage 40 St Kernbohrungen DN 50 bis DN 200, inkl. Entsorgung der Bohrkerne 1 St Multisplittanlage bestehend aus Innen- und Außeneinheit, bis ca. 8 kW 1 St Bestandsdokumentation 1 St Wartungsvertrag über 4 Jahre
