Description

Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist eine Rahmenvereinbarung über die Durchführung von Revisionsleistungen inkl. verschiedener Optionen an mindestens einer AEG Kanis Dampfturbine sowie mindestens einem AEG Turbogenerator (nachfolgend einheitlich: Turbine) des Auftraggebers an dessen Sitz. Für den Auftraggeber ist von herausragender Bedeutung, dass abgerufene Revisionsleistungen in einem möglichst kurzen Zeitraum vom Auftragnehmer erbracht werden, so dass die mit einer Revision verbundene Betriebsunterbrechung planbar ist und so gering wie möglich ausfällt. Zur Umsetzung dieses Vorhabens benötigt der Auftraggeber einen Auftragnehmer, der während der Vertragslaufzeit Revisionsleistungen in derzeit noch nicht abschließend bestimmten Umfang erbringen wird. Vertragsgegenständlich ist daher der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung zur Erbringung von Revisionsleistungen. Bezüglich der Details der beim Auftraggeber vorhandenen baulichen Infrastruktur und den vom Auftragnehmer zu erbringenden Revisionsleistungen wird auf das Leistungsverzeichnis (Anlage Nr. 01) verwiesen.
