Los 09 - Sanitäranlagen Bei den ausgeschriebenen Leistungen handelt es sich um die Sanitäranlagen für das BV GVM Grundschule, Ploggenseering 64-68, 23936 Grevesmühlen (ca. 3563 m² BGF), Gebäudegrundfläche ca. 60m x 18m, dreigeschossig mit Staffelgeschoß. Die Ausschreibung umfasst u.a. Trinkwasserversorgung, Schmutzwasserentwässerung, Sanitärobjekte, Sanitärausstattung und Zubehör für 8 WC Anlagen, 7 Einzel-WCs und 15 Klassenräume. Die Trinkwasserversorgung ist als reines Kaltwassernetz, inkl. Druckerhöhungsanlage und Enthärtungsanlage und als zusammenhängendes System mit automatisierten Armaturen und Trinkwasserhygienespülungen nach VDI 6023. Die Warmwasserversorgung erfolgt dezentral elektrisch.
